Nowadays we are submitted to an accelerated lifestyle which is absorbing our good health state.

The traffic, long work hours, staying in the same position, bad nutrition, lack of eating schedules, elimination of important food of the normal diet, lack of exercise, and many other factors, are reducing our physical and mental wellbeing.

Suddenly we see ourselves in a bad mood, sick, with a lack of energy, in the end with physical and psychological discomforts that sometimes we don’t notice when they start until we are immersed in sever ailments and we need help.

We don’t need to get to this state; we can do something right now. I’m a common person, with responsibilities that absorb most of my time, sometimes I would like more time for myself, and with this I mean, doing exercise, cooking healthy things, dedicating time to my beauty care, etc, etc, etc. I have given to myself the assignment of investigate topics about health and wellbeing and to share them in this page, I learn from them and I support to other people.
