Would it be a myth or a reality?

Now I present to you some curiosities, I don’t have enough information to know if they are true or not, I just think they are interesting.

  • The kitchen can have more germs than the bathroom.

  • To do exercise can decrease in women the possibilities to develop cancer, but only if they have a good sleep.

  • Running in front to a mirror can give the sensation that we are running faster and easier.
  • Walking against the wind, on the water o while we carry a package, could make easier that we burn around 50 calories more by hours, than for example if we walk without resistance.
  • The social networks like Facebook can improve health. Being in contact with family and friends can help to live longer and to avoid the memory loss
  • The almonds, the citric fruits and the honey could improve the sexual intercourse and the fertility.
  • A nap of 60 minutes could improve your attention levels, increase your good mood and your productivity.
  • Is more likely that people have a heart attack on a Monday, according to a Japanese study that determined that the participants suffer a significant increase on their blood pressure when they returned to their jobs after the weekend.  
  • People who get into their house through an access near to the kitchen, tend to eat 15% more than those who do it for the front door or a farther one.
  • Dogs can smell cancer and low sugar in the blood.
